Training for small or large groups in overall best MTSS, instructional or assessment practices or deeper dives into fundamentals of each area. Free opening consultation followed by draft customized proposal based on client input and needs.
Systems and implementation consultation to ensure MTSS, instructional best practices and/or assessment and grading practices are implemented with fidelity and include montioring. Free initial consultation followed by custom draft proposal that is then finalized with client input and feedback.
Communications
Will craft draft speeches in cooperation with client for opening days, special events and more for delivery by client. Speeches will be tailored to the client's setting and desired outcomes. Let's work together to make your next speech more inspirational and impactful!

With a semester or year-long retainer, will provide on-time communications support, including review and support, for all written and oral communication. Includes urgent communication support and review.

Will ghost write communications based upon the needs of the client on a case-by-case basis. Includes editing and bolstering of communications such as disciplinary or recommendation letters, newsletter articles, critical staff and parent communications and more.
Leadership Coach & Thought Partner
Leadership coaching Option One: Up to 14 one-hour virtual coaching/thought partnering sessions every three weeks over the course of the school year, with the option to add sessions or to hire the coach for additional supports. Base package: Price finalized with client Additional supports are billed based on client agreement.
Leadership coaching Option Two includes 14 coaching/thought partnering sessions, held every three weeks throughout the school year. This option includes additional informal support by phone or text message as needed up to 15 minutes per session. The coach can also provide additonal sessions or other supports as agreed upon for an additional fee. Base package for Option 2: Price finalized with client Additional support is billed based on client agreement
Intensive leadership coaching/thought partnering to help struggling leaders become effective. In-person, weekly coaching sessions that may become less frequent over the course of the year depending on progress and need. Price finalized with client Additional support via phone or online is billed based on client agreement.
Speaking & Training
Training for administrative teams/coaches in how to give effective feedback. Three-hour session, including training materials, presentation. Suggest inclusion of individual follow-up coaching sessions for each participant as they put feedback training into practice. Customized packages available based on number of participants and coaching package chosen.
Training for administrative teams: How to Attract and Retain Teachers and Staff, including review of current research, action steps and resources. Three-hour session including presentation and materials, with the chance to examine current practices in light of research and to brainstorm new possibilities and how to implement them!
Training in how to establish mission statements or other organizational initiative using a customized collaborative process that includes multiple stakeholders. Multiple areas can be addressed and planned with client, based upon consultant expertise outlined in resume. Could include facilitation support based on client need.
